And it really is.

I love birthdays. It gives me the chance to shop and make cards. :)
It was my sister who first introduced me to the world of cosmetics and in occasion of her birthday, I naturally went shopping for some cosmetics. I customized a Clinique gift pack for my sis - complete with a lipstick, eye liner, eye shadow set, mascara, rouge, skin care and eye creams.

And I made this Marilyn Monroe inspired card to go with the gift pack. After all, isn't Marilyn the epitome of glamour and fabulousity? :) My Marilyn is wearing a hot red bustier dress, red shoes, a pink fur coat, sheer stockings, and has glamourous curly hair and sexy long eyelashes :p

My colour scheme matches with the complimentary Clinique wrapper that I got from the make-up counter.
